A photograph of a meal became an estimate a doctor can read, the doctors' assistant came back rebuilt, a patient can now ask to be erased — or ask for a copy of everything — from inside the app, the app started asking before it uses AI and telling people what sharing means before they agree to it, and Find a Doctor started working the way it reads.

• AddedGlycoz asks before it uses AI. Before your first question to the assistant, and before your first meal photograph, a screen tells you what is sent and to whom, and what never is — not your name, email address, phone number or date of birth. Nothing is sent until you tick the box, and you can turn it off again in Settings › Your data whenever you like, with no reason asked. Everything else in the app works exactly the same either way.
• AddedThe app tells you what connecting a doctor means, before it happens. A short screen with a box to tick: what they will be able to open, that you can narrow it area by area afterwards, that you can end it whenever you like, and the things a doctor can never see at all. Nothing is sent until you tick it. This was always how sharing worked — now you are told before rather than after.
• ChangedA new sharing area starts off for doctors you are already connected to. It used to start on, which meant an area added in an update was shared with somebody before you had ever heard of it. Now it waits for you: you agreed to what Glycoz recorded on the day you connected them, and something added afterwards needs your yes. For a doctor you connect after it exists, it is on from the start — because by then the screen you agree to covers it.
• AddedAsk for a copy of everything held about you, from Settings › Your data. We email you a link to a file with your whole record in it; the link works once and lasts two days. Your photographs and uploaded documents are listed in it by name and date rather than packed into it, and they stay where they are in the app.
• ImprovedLong lists open at once instead of loading everything first. A module's history, your prescriptions, your appointments and a doctor's past alerts each show the ten most recent, with a Load more button underneath. Nothing has been removed — the whole history is still there, ten at a time.
• AddedA history of your notifications. The bell on your home screen now keeps what it has shown you, so a reminder or a message you swiped away by accident can be read again.
• ImprovedFind a Doctor works properly. Use my location now asks Android for permission instead of doing nothing, the list says it is loading and then fills, practices arrive nearest first, searching by name works, and typing a city offers the cities that match.
• AddedYou are told when a doctor answers your request to connect. Until now the app said it was waiting even after they had accepted, and closing it or reopening it did not help. It now updates itself either way, a doctor who declines no longer sits in your list, and on the doctor's side a new bell rings when a patient asks to connect.
• ChangedGlycoz Premium now also decides how long a period Analytics draws in one go: up to 15 days without it — the same period a free PDF report covers — and up to a year with it. Longer periods are shown with a padlock rather than hidden, and tapping one offers Premium and leaves your chart alone. Nothing about your record changes: every reading is still kept, still listed in its own module, and still in a CSV of any period you choose.
• ImprovedA finished meal estimate reaches your phone. Some photographs were analysed and then sat on Being analysed for good, because the answer never travelled back to the phone that took them. They are all filled in now, going back — and a photograph that genuinely could not be read says so, and says what to do about it, instead of looking like it is still working.
• ChangedSwitching the Wearable module off now takes it out of the app: the tab goes, its section in Settings goes, and nothing reads your watch until you switch it back on. Everything already imported is kept.
• ChangedWearable moved out of the bar along the bottom and into the side menu, and Diet AI took its place — the tab most people open every day is now one tap away rather than two. If you have Diet AI switched off, your profile takes that place instead.
• AddedWhen your account is deleted, we email the address it used to tell you it is done — whether you asked for it or we carried it out. The message says what has gone, what outlasts it and for how long, and where to write if you have a question.
• AddedCreating an account now confirms your email address. You are sent a 6-digit code, and Create account waits until you have entered it. A code lasts ten minutes and another can be asked for after a minute. If your address already has an account, you are told when you ask for the code rather than after typing it in.
• ChangedErasing your account now deletes the lab reports and meal photographs you uploaded along with your records, and a phone still signed in to the account clears what it held and returns to the sign-in screen. Your phone's own settings, such as dark mode and units, stay.
• ImprovedHome shows who your doctor is, with their prescriptions and appointments one tap away — or, with no doctor connected yet, how to connect one. Your last meals and shortcuts to a report, Find a Doctor and emergency info are on it too, and if your phone is ever signed out, Home says so first.
• ImprovedThe readings, doses and notes you record are kept on your phone in an encrypted database, under a key that stays on that phone. A phone that already holds records is encrypted the first time the new build opens.
• ChangedAndroid's own backup no longer copies the app's data anywhere else. Signing in to your account is what brings your records back on a new phone.
• AddedCreating an account asks you to agree to the Terms of use and the Privacy policy, and keeps which version you agreed to. An account made before this is asked once, the next time it signs in.
• ImprovedA number a body cannot produce — a blood sugar of 4800, an oxygen level above 100% — is refused as you type it, and the field says the range it takes.
• AddedThree colours for the app's light theme, in Settings › Appearance, beside the dark theme. The add button is the same round + on every screen.
• AddedMeals, for your doctor. A new area on the sharing screen shows a connected doctor your note and the estimate for each meal, day by day, in a Meals & nutrition tab — never the photograph. It started shared for doctors you were already connected to, which is how new areas worked at the time; the entry above changed that for anything added since.
• AddedAsk to be erased, from Settings › Your data. Nothing changes for 30 days and you can withdraw the request; after that the account is erased automatically.
• AddedGlycoz Premium, a plan for patients. It covers the assistant, meal estimates and PDF reports longer than 15 days, and every account gets a few free tries first; after them, those need Premium, which you ask for in the app. Recording, charts, reminders, sharing, emergency alerts and a CSV of your records stay free.
• AddedThe doctors' assistant, rebuilt. Five kinds of question about a doctor's own patients, the figures behind every answer shown underneath it, and a panel that sits beside a patient's record. It declines dosing, diagnosis and treatment questions before reading anything. For the practice's own doctor, for now.
• AddedA new account chooses its modules once, at first set-up, instead of opening on a screen full of things it will never use.
• ImprovedEvery view a doctor has across their patients — the dashboard and its queue, the patient list, the twelve-week view of every patient, and the doctors' assistant — now follows each patient's sharing switches. An area a patient has switched off reads “Not shared” there, and its figures are left out.
• ImprovedAppointments open on the day: who is coming, what came of each visit, and what is left to do. A later day can no longer be written up, and a no-show no longer tells the patient their visit finished.
• ImprovedEvery chart opens full screen. Pinch to zoom into a fortnight or out to a year, and the dates and values relabel themselves as you go.
• ImprovedMeal photographs upload and sync within seconds, and come back on a new phone. A meal's detail now puts the figures first, then what the dish is, then what the estimate assumed.
• ImprovedLocation and camera details are removed from a meal photograph by the server as it arrives, before it is stored.
• ImprovedScreens stay clear of the phone's own navigation buttons, upright and sideways.

• RemovedThe backup file in Settings, and restoring from one. Signing in brings your records back on a new phone, and Generate Report gives you a CSV of them.

Finding a doctor without being handed a code, a clinic being able to run its diary and its team inside the panel, and the parts of a record people give up recording starting to fill themselves in.

• AddedFind a Doctor. Doctors near you, sorted by how far away they are, using your location once without storing it. You send a request; the doctor accepts or declines, and a decline comes with a reason you can act on.
• AddedRequests you have sent now appear at the top of Your Doctors while they are waiting, so a request is something you can see and withdraw rather than something you hope happened.
• AddedAppointments. You see the times a clinic actually has free, ask for one, and hear back in the app. The clinic gets the day as a list or as a grid, and can let its own staff run the diary without those staff seeing anything clinical.
• AddedClinic plans, with the first month free. Nothing about a practice's billing ever reaches a patient, and emergency alerts are never affected by it.
• AddedWearables. Sleep, steps, distance, resting pulse and blood oxygen read from your watch or band through Health Connect — kept in their own view rather than mixed into what you typed.
• ChangedCycling became its own module rather than part of walking, with its distance taken from GPS. A bicycle produces almost no steps, so the step-based estimate walks then fell back on was recording a ride as roughly nothing.
• ImprovedReports gained heart rate and blood oxygen. Heart rate is summarised on resting readings only, because an average taken across a nap and a brisk walk describes neither.
• ImprovedA prescription your doctor writes now wakes the phone. The notification says they sent something and never says what — the words come from your own phone after you unlock it.
• ImprovedAn emergency alert that cannot be sent now says so and tells you to phone, instead of showing a tick and leaving you to assume it worked.
