Request access · for clinics and hospitals
Accounts are created by a person.
Tell us about your practice. We check your registration against the council register, then we call you — because the name a patient connects to has to be one somebody verified.
Plans
Thirty days to try it, then the plan that fits.
Plans differ in doctors, branches, patients, staff logins and the assistant's monthly allowance; the phone app, HR and payroll and inventory are added on top, and a hospital has a plan of its own, priced per bed. Everything a patient records or receives is the same on every plan.
Every account starts on a one-month trial.
Not a cut-down version — the whole panel, so you are judging the thing you would actually be paying for. The month runs from the day we create the account, and if you need longer we can extend it by about a fortnight. Ask; it is not a negotiation.
It runs on the Clinic plan, with its add-ons switched on, unless we agree another on the call, and that plan’s limits apply from the first day. When it ends you choose the plan to carry on with. The trial is there to answer whether this fits how you work, and a practice that decides it does not owes us nothing.
One thing the trial does not include: a listing in Find a Doctor. Patients can still connect to you with your code during the trial — you appear in the directory once the subscription is active on a plan that includes a listing, and your listing is complete.
Every price, in one place. The plans, packages and add-ons, and what a hospital pays by the bed, are on the pricing page. Choose a plan there and it arrives in the form below, filled in, with an estimate. Sending the form commits you to nothing, and neither does the call afterwards: paying is a decision you make at the end of the trial.
On every plan
Nothing a patient gets depends on their doctor's plan.
Plans size the practice's side — doctors, branches, staff and the extras. A patient whose doctor is on the smallest plan records, shares and is cared for exactly as one whose doctor is on the largest.
- Every module a patient records, and every report built from them — on every plan, the free one included.
- Appointments, prescriptions and emergency alerts. An emergency alert reaches you whatever your billing state — that gate does not exist.
- The assistant, on every plan, with a monthly allowance that grows with the plan.
- Staff accounts with permissions you set per person — the diary without the clinical record, or only the parts of a record you tick.
- Thirty days of the Clinic plan to try it before anything is charged, on the whole panel rather than a cut-down version of it.
What differs
What a bigger plan actually changes.
- How many doctors, branches and staff logins
- One doctor on Solo, up to three on Clinic, up to ten across three branches on Group. Each staff login is a real account with its own sign-in and permissions, not a shared one.
- How many patients you can connect
- Counted as patients connected at once, not patients ever seen. Going over is refused rather than charged, and a smaller plan never disconnects anybody you already have.
- What you can add on top
- The doctors' phone app, HR and payroll, a bigger assistant allowance, inventory and more room — each priced on its own, from the plan it is offered on. A plan that outgrows a limit takes more room rather than a whole new plan.
- Whether you appear in Find a Doctor
- The patient app lists nearby doctors and lets someone ask to connect. Whether a plan carries a listing is shown on its card. Even on one that does, you appear only once the subscription is active — never during the trial — with your registration verified, your map pin confirmed, the listing terms agreed and the listing switched on.

Tell us about your practice.
Your plan first — chosen on the pricing page, or here — then who you are, where you practise and how big the practice is. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed.
What happens next
Four steps, and one of them is ours.
- 1
You choose a plan and send this form.
It reaches a person, not a ticket queue, with the plan and add-ons you chose.
- 2
We check your registration.
Against the council register. This is why accounts are not instant, and it is the same check that lets a patient trust the name they are connecting to.
- 3
We call you.
To go through how you work, whether the plan you chose fits, and what it costs. Nothing is charged on that call either.
- 4
You set your own password.
We send a one-time link. Nobody here ever knows your password — which is what keeps your name on your own notes.
Before you ask
The things everybody asks first.
- How long does it take to get an account?
- Days rather than minutes. Your medical council registration number is checked by a person before a clinic is created, which is slower than a form and is the reason nobody gets a clinician account by typing a name.
- What does Glycoz cost for a clinic?
- Every practice starts with thirty days of the Clinic plan, extendable by about a fortnight if you ask. After that, plans run from ₹999 a month for one doctor to ₹6,999 for a group of up to ten, billed yearly and before GST, with packages and add-ons on top — every price is on the pricing page. Everything a patient records or receives is the same on every plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You pick a plan. Nothing is deleted and nothing is taken away from any patient — a practice that has not chosen yet goes read-only for its own staff for seven days, then is suspended, still readable, until a renewal is recorded. Every patient app carries on exactly as before. Emergency alerts are never affected.
- Do patients pay for Glycoz?
- Not for their record. Recording, charts, reminders, sharing with a doctor, emergency alerts and a CSV of everything they logged are free and stay free. Glycoz Premium, a plan for patients, covers the assistant, meal estimates, longer PDF reports and longer periods in Analytics, after a few free tries. The clinician panel is the practice's own paid plan, and its billing never reaches a patient.
- What happens if a practice stops paying?
- You are emailed two days before a plan ends. After it ends, the panel goes read-only for its own staff for seven days: everything readable, nothing writable, and emergency alerts still working. Then it is suspended — still readable and still signed in to, but no longer listed in Find a Doctor — until a renewal is recorded. Nothing changes in any patient's app at any point, and they are never told anything commercial.
- Can I move to a smaller plan later?
- Yes, and nobody is evicted by it. Patients you have already connected stay connected — a smaller limit refuses new connections rather than removing existing ones.
